Tallulah Falls Moves Noise Rules Into a Standalone Ordinance

Tallulah Falls Town Council unanimously reorganized the town’s noise regulations on Nov. 14, 2024, approving an amendment to Chapter 24-9 of its nuisance code and adopting a separate noise ordinance as Chapter 23. The documented votes made the standalone ordinance a completed council action, rather than a proposal still awaiting consideration.
