Tallulah Falls Sign-Overhang Rule Still Lacks Documented Resolution

A proposed Tallulah Falls rule that could require Town Council approval for certain signs extending over sidewalks, driveways and other public passageways remains without a documented final outcome. The Planning and Zoning Commission was scheduled to consider the language April 13, 2022, and the proposal appeared again on town agendas in June and August. Those listings show that the matter stayed before the town, but they do not say whether officials approved, revised or set aside the draft.
