Tallulah Falls still awaits confirmation on round-the-clock work at water intake

Tallulah Falls residents were told that Georgia Power planned to begin round-the-clock work at the town’s water intake on Feb. 9, 2024, according to Mayor Early’s report to the town the previous day. More than two months later, an April agenda packet repeated that notice without confirming whether the work began, ended or affected water service.
