Tallulah Falls water-service agreement proposal still lacks a recorded decision

Tallulah Falls placed proposed service-delivery strategy agreements with Rabun County and Clayton, Dillard, Mountain City, Sky Valley and Tiger before officials at a March 10, 2022 utility-service public hearing. More than four years later, the agenda packet identifies the proposed action but does not record whether the city approved it, altered it, deferred it or took no action.
