Tallulah Falls Building Limits Still Lack a Documented Final Decision

Tallulah Falls’ Planning and Zoning Commission again listed proposed building-height and property-line setback standards on its Nov. 8, 2023 agenda, the latest documented public action on rules that could affect future construction across the town. The agenda included a table with 35-foot height limits in several districts and minimum setbacks, but it does not record a vote, adoption or rejection.
