Tallulah Falls authorizes draft agreement to seek return of backup generator from Habersham County

Tallulah Falls’ Town Council unanimously voted March 10, 2022, to direct Attorney Tillery to prepare an intergovernmental agreement concerning a town-owned backup generator in Habersham County’s possession. The action formally moved the matter beyond discussion and toward a proposed arrangement between the town and county, but it did not itself transfer the equipment back to Tallulah Falls.
