The story

The Stephens County Planning Commission considered a variance request from Kelly Subedi to place an accessory structure in the front yard at 192 Richardson Street in Toccoa. The board split 2-2, with Commissioner Randall and Commissioner Black in favor and Commissioner Cobb and Chairman Stroud opposed, so the motion failed for lack of approval.
