The story

The Stephens County Planning Commission took up a request from Larry D. and Charlotte Burns to rezone 2.5 acres at 57 Calico Est in Martin (Parcel 071K 090) from Multi-family Residential to Residential Single, for the purpose of combining it with an adjoining lot. The commission voted unanimously to approve the rezoning on March 3, 2026.
