Royston Code Overhaul Still Lacks a Documented Council Decision

Royston’s effort to recodify its municipal code remains without a documented City Council outcome as of Aug. 27, 2026. In a November 2024 update, city staff said the project had been sent to editors for proofing and final compilation after the city manager and city attorney met virtually twice with an attorney from Civic Plus, the company working on the update.
