Royston’s Daniel and Winn Street Paving Plan Still Has No Documented Construction Start

Royston released a bid packet in January 2025 for proposed paving on Daniel Street and Winn Street, with bids scheduled to open Feb. 5. More than a year later, the documented public trail still does not establish that the city selected a contractor, set a work date or began paving on either street.
