Royston approves $5,010 sale of surplus Baker Street parcel

Royston City Council voted 5-0 on Oct. 14, 2025, to accept Precision Homes Builders LLC’s $5,010 bid for about 0.40 acres on Baker Street, authorizing the sale of land City Manager Lanier Dunn described as surplus.
