Royston cuts employee health premiums, but accepts higher co-pays and less coinsurance

Royston City Council unanimously approved the city’s 2025 employee health-insurance renewal in an October 2024 meeting, setting a Jan. 1, 2025, renewal date and cutting the weekly employee contribution from $50.38 to $28.54. The 5-0 vote also selected coverage with 80% coinsurance and $5 higher office-visit co-pays.
