Lavonia hires regional agency to review city HR systems for $4,500

Lavonia City Council approved a $4,500 contract with the Georgia Mountains Regional Commission on April 1, 2024, authorizing the regional agency to review the city’s Human Resource Department and recommend modernized HR practices, structure and systems. The meeting minutes say Eddie Floyd moved to enter the contract, Andrew Murphy seconded it, and the motion carried.
