Lavonia Council Extends City Manager Charles Cawthon’s Contract for Two Years

Lavonia City Council approved a two-year extension of City Manager Charles Cawthon’s employment contract at its regular meeting on Feb. 5, 2024, continuing the agreement for the official who oversees the city’s day-to-day administration. Draft minutes say the motion was made by Councilman Michael Schulman, seconded by Councilman Andrew Murphy and carried.
