Lavonia’s proposed 2025 tourism-marketing contract has no documented resolution

Lavonia City Council’s December 2024 agenda included a “Destination Marketing Organization Contract for 2025,” placing a prospective tourism-marketing arrangement before elected officials. The agenda, however, does not record a vote, approval or award, leaving the contract’s outcome undocumented in the public account established by that item.
