Blair Road rezoning returns to Habersham Planning Commission, but decision remains unrecorded

A request to change the zoning on part of the property at 1191 Blair Road was returned to the Habersham County Planning Commission’s agenda for discussion on Aug. 5, 2025. In a unanimous procedural vote, commissioners untabled case Z-25-02, which seeks to rezone part of Map 132 Parcel 003 from AG, or Agriculture, to LI, or Low Intensity.
