Southern Estates owner seeks Cool Springs Road access as steep-drive dispute reaches Habersham planners

Joshua Bramlett brought a request to reshape road access for a Southern Estates lot before the Habersham County Planning Commission on Oct. 3, 2023, asking commissioners to remove a no-access easement affecting 480 Southern Estates Drive. The requested variance, identified as V-23-07, would allow the property, Map 021 Parcel 219H, to be accessed from Cool Springs Road.
