Ralph Black sought a variance to reduce the impervious setback on his Ben Jones Road property from 150 ft. to 75 ft., and to reduce the disturbed area setback from 100 ft. to 50 ft.
The Habersham County Planning Commission voted 4-0 to deny the variance, with Commissioners Hill, Phillips, Higgins and Kiger recorded voting to deny after a motion from Commissioner Greg Hill.
