Habersham road standards hang over unresolved V-21-02 development motion

A Habersham County Planning Commission motion from April 6, 2021 would have conditionally approved development case V-21-02 only if it met more demanding road standards, including a 60-foot right-of-way, a minimum 20-foot roadbed and 16-foot paving. But the meeting minutes do not say whether the commission approved, rejected or otherwise acted on Commissioner Jason Smith’s motion.
