Habersham County’s Board of Commissioners put a proposed transfer of the Airport Hangar A-4 lease before members at its Nov. 18, 2024 meeting. The agenda identified Joe and Pat Noggle as the existing leaseholders and Douglas W. McDonald Sr. as the proposed transferee, but it does not record what the board ultimately did.
