Habersham tax assessors board says Gap Group never sent training contract

During a Board of Tax Assessors meeting, the chairman noted that the Gap Group had never sent a training contract to staff member Joan, even though trainers Gregg Reese or Tracy Thomas were expected to begin training county staff that week.
