The Habersham County Board of Tax Assessors placed a 2025 homestead exemption denial listing on its April 8 agenda. At its April 22 meeting, the board voted unanimously to approve the denial listing of homestead exemption applications for Tax Year 2025.
The board approved additional Tax Year 2025 denial listings at its May 13 and June 10 meetings, both unanimous votes; the June 10 listing also appeared on that meeting's agenda.
The board approved another Tax Year 2025 denial listing on July 8, again unanimously.
On September 9, the board voted unanimously to deny the listing of homestead exemption applications for Tax Year 2025.
