Habersham culvert-pipe purchase remains unresolved in public record

Habersham County commissioners were scheduled to consider ratifying a Road Department purchase of culvert-pipe supplies at their April 18, 2022 meeting, but the identified public agenda does not record whether the board approved, rejected, deferred or otherwise disposed of the request. More than four years later, that missing outcome remains the central unanswered question about the purchase.
