Ivy Mountain tower lease renewal remains unresolved in Habersham County’s public record

More than four years after Habersham County commissioners were scheduled to consider a renewal of the Ivy Mountain Tower property lease with Ethel Jones, the public account established here still does not show what the board decided. The Board of Commissioners’ April 18, 2022 agenda listed the matter for consideration and approval, but the agenda itself records no vote or final action.
