Habersham Planners Approve 24-Lot Tallulah Crossing Subdivision on Hollywood Highway

Habersham County’s Planning Commission unanimously approved a preliminary plat April 1, 2025, for Tallulah Crossing, a proposed 24-lot residential subdivision at 1552 Hollywood Highway. Brad Ingrassia sought the approval for Map 101, Parcel 033, a tract identified in the meeting minutes as adjoining Abbington Subdivision; the four commissioners voted yes after a motion and second.
