The story
In January, the Habersham County Parks & Recreation Advisory Board said pool resurfacing was planned to begin in early February on both pools at the Ruby Fulbright Aquatic Center.
By mid-February, the board said the remodel was "good to go" but was still waiting for it to be placed on the schedule.
What happened
