Habersham Extends Project Hill Review, Adding $10,000 Cash Condition

Habersham County commissioners voted 5-0 on Sept. 12, 2024, to give Parkside Partners another 90 days to conduct due diligence on Phase I of Project Hill, while requiring the prospective buyer to provide an additional $10,000 in “hard” cash. Commissioner Mike Franklin made the motion, Commissioner Jeff Bruns seconded it, and the board unanimously approved the extension.
