Habersham airport hangar contract remains unresolved in public record

Nearly four years after Habersham County commissioners considered an agenda item labeled “Award of Phase 1 of Airport Hangar Project,” the cited Nov. 21, 2022 meeting minutes still do not show whether the board awarded a contract, rejected it or took another action. The only recorded discussion in those minutes comes from public commenter Doug McDonald, who raised concerns about the proposal.
