Habersham’s proposed AVITA lease remains unresolved in public record

Habersham County’s proposed lease allowing AVITA Community Partners to use space at the county facility at 196 Scoggins Drive in Demorest remains unresolved in the public record. The Board of Commissioners listed the agreement for approval on its Jan. 21, 2025 agenda and listed the same proposed lease again six days later, but neither agenda says whether the board acted.
