Habersham’s emergency Peach Pass waiver remains unresolved in public record

Habersham County commissioners were scheduled to consider on June 20, 2022 a proposed agreement with the State Road and Tollway Authority that would waive Peach Pass fees for emergency medical transports traveling in HOV lanes.
