Habersham Considered Opening EMT Clinical Training to White County Student, but Outcome Is Unclear

Habersham County’s Aug. 19, 2024 Board of Commissioners agenda listed a proposed memorandum of understanding with White County Fire Service that would allow one of the neighboring agency’s Advanced EMT students to take part in clinical opportunities with Habersham County Emergency Services. The item was presented for county consideration as an approval matter, but the agenda itself does not say whether commissioners adopted it, changed it or left it unresolved.
