A request to convert a Duncan Bridge Road tract from agricultural to heavy-industrial zoning was placed before the Habersham County Planning Commission on Sept. 7, 2021, but the public record at issue does not show whether the panel acted. The Development Authority sought the change for 736 Duncan Bridge Road, identified as Map 090, Parcel 023, in case Z-21-02.
