On October 20, 2025, the Habersham County Board of Commissioners voted 5-0 to approve a service agreement with LMC, Inc., doing business as McCormick Solutions, to provide appraisal consulting services for the Tax Assessors Office, including Chief Appraiser services. Proposal documents in the meeting packet listed contract figures including a $210,000 total and line-item rates such as $10,000 per month, $50 per parcel, and per-item charges of $30 and $15.
