Habersham Airport Authority Approved Business Park Legal Bill After Work Began

Habersham County’s airport authority unanimously authorized payment of up to $4,000 for legal work updating Airport Business Park by-laws and covenants at its Jan. 5, 2023 regular meeting, according to approved minutes. The same minutes say the project had already begun before the authority took its vote, placing a modest expenditure but a basic question of public oversight before the board.
