Higgins Permit Authorized Construction, but Habersham Project’s Location Remains Unclear

Mr. Higgins had received the building permit needed to begin construction on his building, Charlie Fiveash reported during Partnership Habersham’s March 3, 2022 regular meeting. The permit is the clearest documented advance for the project, authorizing a move from planning into construction, but the approved meeting minutes do not identify where in Habersham County the building was to be built.
