Higgins Building Nearing Completion, but Its Future at Habersham Airport Business Park Remains Unclear

The Higgins Building at Habersham Airport Business Park was reported 95% complete at the Habersham County board’s July 13, 2023 regular meeting, placing the project close to construction’s finish line. More than three years later, however, the approved minutes from that meeting do not record that the building was finished, opened, occupied or assigned a use.
