Small Habersham Aikido Class Seeks a New Instructor, but Its Future Is Still Unsettled

The future of Habersham County’s School of Aikido remained unresolved after student Eugenia Almond asked the Parks and Recreation board on May 13, 2025, for an opportunity to present a June plan to continue the class. Almond said the current instructor could no longer conduct the program and proposed that she take it over through Habersham County Parks and Recreation.
