Habersham Development Authority weighs holding Phase II work until vacant park space is filled

The Habersham Development Authority considered putting off grading or other development in Phase II of its business park at its Nov. 9, 2023 regular meeting, after hearing a recommendation to focus first on empty property in Phase I. The meeting minutes say Phase I had two vacant lots and an unoccupied building, raising the immediate question of whether the Authority should prepare more land while already-developed space remained available.
