Harvest Church Road plan holds some Phase One lots until road work is done

A proposed development at Harvest Church Road and State Route 17 in Habersham County would be allowed to move ahead first on a defined set of lots, while other Phase One Harvest Church Road lots remain tied to future road work. Planning Commission minutes from June 6, 2023, say the applicant agreed that building permits and certificates of occupancy could be issued for Harvest Church Road lots 2 through 17 and for lots on State Route 17, but not for the remaining Harvest Church Road lots until Phase Two road improvements are completed under the development agreement.
