Habersham County Weighs Rent for Forest Service Trailer at Airport

Habersham County officials have opened a question that remains unresolved: whether the U.S. Forest Service should pay about $144 a month to keep a trailer at the county airport. During their April 15, 2025 regular meeting, officials discussed both the proposed charge and whether the trailer’s airport location should continue at all, without a recorded final action on either point.
