Habersham’s $145,000 employee-pay proposal still lacks a recorded final decision

Habersham County commissioners discussed a roughly $145,000 package of employee-pay changes at their Feb. 15, 2021 work session, including a cost-of-living adjustment for county employees and higher hourly wages for qualifying Public Works commercial drivers. More than five years later, the minutes tied to that discussion do not record whether commissioners approved, changed or abandoned the proposal.
