Ivy Mountain Connector dispute still lacks county answer after resident reports road work

A dispute over Ivy Mountain Connector remained unresolved after Lachelle Worley told the Habersham County Board of Commissioners on June 17, 2024, that county crews had graded and resurfaced the road that day without notifying her. Worley said she considers the roadway her property and asked county officials to make a decision or speak with her about the work.
