Habersham gym proposal still lacks a recorded county decision after staffing concerns

More than three years after Habersham County residents publicly questioned a county role in operating a gym and adding a supervisory position, the proposal remains unresolved in the documented record. Minutes from the Board of Commissioners’ called meeting on March 1, 2023 preserve the comments but do not show that commissioners approved, rejected, tabled or otherwise acted on either idea.
