Habersham commissioners approved $1.02 million expansion for countywide home reassessments

Habersham County commissioners unanimously approved an expansion of McCormick Solutions’ reassessment contract on April 15, 2024, authorizing residential property reassessments countywide over an estimated 12 to 18 months. The added work was estimated to cost about $1.02 million, paid over three years, according to the meeting minutes.
