Habersham commissioners pull ethics-panel appointments days before terms expire

Habersham County’s Board of Commissioners voted 4-1 on April 17, 2023, to remove every planned Ethics Panel appointment from its regular-meeting agenda, interrupting consideration of seats tied to terms scheduled to expire April 20.
