Habersham rezoning for 8.15-acre commercial corner still lacks recorded outcome

Habersham County commissioners were scheduled to consider a request on April 15, 2024 to rezone 8.15 acres at Glade Creek Parkway and Toccoa Highway for commercial development, but the public agenda does not record whether the request was approved, denied or otherwise resolved. Applicant David Irvin sought the change through application Z-24-01 for two parcels at the intersection.
