Highway 365 Rezoning Request in Habersham Still Has No Recorded Decision

A proposed commercial rezoning at the intersection of Alto Mude Creek Road and Highway 365 in Habersham County still lacks a recorded outcome more than a year after it appeared on the Board of Commissioners’ agenda. Commissioners were scheduled to consider MPE Holdings LLC’s request on Dec. 16, 2024 to rezone 13.62 acres from the county’s Low Intensity district to its High Intensity district.
