Habersham’s Plan to Lease House by Aquatic Center Remains Unresolved

Habersham County commissioners considered an interim lease for the county-owned house at 4336 Toccoa Highway, in front of the aquatic center in Clarkesville, during their Oct. 16, 2023 regular meeting. The discussion put the house forward for possible occupancy while county officials determined its longer-term use, but the minutes do not show that commissioners approved a lease.
