Habersham retirement-plan proposal still lacks a documented outcome

Habersham County commissioners were scheduled to consider a resolution on March 21, 2022 to adopt an amended and restated defined-contribution retirement plan and execute its adoption agreement. More than four years later, the agenda that identifies the proposal does not record whether the board approved it, changed it, rejected it or set it aside.
