Habersham airport hangar plan awaits county decision after advisory vote

Habersham County’s proposed airport hangar and capacity project remains before county commissioners, years after the Airport Commission unanimously approved a five-year capital improvement program and recommended the work at its Sept. 12, 2022 meeting. The approved minutes establish an advisory recommendation, not a county construction decision.
